Systems Architect - Financial Services Lab

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Design, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or related discipline; Master's degree is a plus
  • Proven, multi-year track record leading teams designing, maintaining, and scaling end-to-end information architecture, preferably at a large-scale ($100MM+ revenue) enterprise that heavily leverage advanced analytics
  • Proven track record instituting or updating disaster recovery and system resiliency plans in periods of either rapid corporate growth or during transition from hosted to cloud architecture
  • Proven track record of building and scaling teams of technology managers, systems architects, and developers
  • Expert understanding of the modern end-to-end data life cycle and technologies: from ingestion, to linking/cleaning/transformation, to storage, to end application usage
  • Expert understanding of cloud services such as those offered through AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, along with the ability to clearly communicate to the entire C-suite at clients (e. g. CEO, COO, CTO, CIO) highly technical concepts, technological trade-offs, and the business impact of technology choices
  • Track record of event speaker or technological thought leadership a major plus

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will be based in either our New York or Waltham, MA office and will be a part of our Financial Services Lab Solution team. Our work encompasses overall strategies and specific solutions for consumer banking and wholesale business; advanced analytics and client segments; organizational issues; performance improvement; and mergers and alliances. We also undertake work on client issues in marketing, risk management, branding and customer relationship management.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will build and lead a team of systems engineering and architecture experts that work with our clients to assess their current end-to-end architecture and design and build their next generation.

In this role you will face off C-level business and technology executives. You will develop a keen understanding of their core business problems and propose future proof end-to-end technologies that satisfy such functional requirements and help the organization grow and scale. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
